In connection with the commencement of SIPC insolvency proceedings against MF Global Inc., pursuant to Rule 8.03, the KCBT Clearing Corporation has deemed MF Global to be insolvent and is suspending MF Global Inc.'s trading and clearing privileges until further notice.
