The Kansas City Board of Trade volume traded in February posted increases in the Hard Red Winter Wheat futures contract and the exchange as a whole when compared to January.
In the HRW wheat futures contract, 485,258 contracts were traded during the month of February, which was an increase of 31.3 percent when compared to January volume.
Total exchange volume for the month of February amounted to 491,869 contracts, an increase of 30.7 percent from last month.
