Jamie L. Dingley, independent trader, yesterday was elected president of the Kansas City Board of Trade Clearing Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Kansas City Board of Trade.
Matthew A. Siegel, Matthew A. Siegel & Co., Inc., was elected first vice president; Kevin J. Loseke, an individual member, was elected second vice president; and Ryan (Rudy) Gustafson, M.F. Global Inc., was elected secretary- treasurer.
Elected as directors were Dennis A. Toalson, ADM Milling Co.; and David W. Gibson, Penson GHCO. Scott Merrill, an individual member, remains a director.
The Clearing Corp. reconciles all futures and options trades at the Kansas City Board of Trade and guarantees the financial integrity of all trades.
