Franklin Stone as chairman of the exchange.

James W. Neville, Jr., an individual member, has automatically advanced from the post of second vice chairman in 2007 to first vice chairman in 2008. Neville became a member in 1986 and purchased his own membership in 1991. He served one term as an exchange director, from 2002 to 2003. He served a term as a director of the KCBT Clearing Corp., from 2005 to 2006 (when he also served as first vice president).

Richard L. Mandl, Director, Exchange Traded Derivatives, UBS Securities, LLC, has been elected as second vice chairman. Mandl manages the UBS office at the Kansas City Board of Trade. Mandl became a member in 1982. He served three terms as an exchange director, from 1993 to 1994, from 2003 to 2004, and in 2007. He served in several capacities for the KCBT Clearing Corp.; from 1998 to 1999 he served as a director, in 2005 he served as secretary/treasurer, and in 2006 he served as vice president.

The exchange also elected the following members to two-year terms on the board of directors: Randall O. Wallace, FC Stone, L.L.C; and Dixon B. Mooney, an individual member.
