The Kansas City Board of Trade Board of Directors has approved amendments to the rules pertaining to trading in the Post Settlement Session. The amendments become effective on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2002.
The amendments are as follows:
- The range of prices that can be traded during the Post Settlement Session will be expanded
to include any price within the closing range.
- It will now be acceptable for new customer orders to be brought into the Post Settlement
Session for execution.
The Kansas City Board of Trade, chartered in 1876, is the world's largest futures market for hard red winter wheat.
