Katja Bodenhöfer-Alte Reappointed As Managing Director At Baden-Wurttembergische Wertpapierboerse

The Exchange Council has reappointed Dr. Katja Bodenhöfer-Alte as Managing Director of the public entity Baden-Wuerttembergische Wertpapierboerse for a further three years, starting on 1 September 2022. Dr. Katja Bodenhöfer-Alte will also continue as Managing Director of the public entity’s operating company. This company is a subsidiary of Boerse Stuttgart Group, the sixth largest exchange group in Europe.

Dr. Katja Bodenhöfer-Alte has been Managing Director at Baden-Wuerttembergische Wertpapierboerse since 2019, and of its operating company since 2021. Since the beginning of 2022, she has also been a member of the Group Executive Committee of Boerse Stuttgart Group. The 36-year-old began working at Baden-Wuerttembergische Wertpapierboerse in 2014. She studied law at the University of Tübingen in Germany, from where she obtained her doctorate in 2015.
