Terrence P. O'Brien, an individual member, was elected first vice president; J. Dodd Pearson, an individual member, was elected second vice president and Michael P. Simmons, an individual member, was elected secretary-treasurer.
Elected as directors were Roland E. Balthazor, with FIMAT USA, Inc. and Dennis M. Erwin, an individual member.

The Kansas City Board of Trade, chartered in 1876, is the world's largest futures market for hard red winter wheat.
