The JSE Ltd recently took top honours in the New Contract of the Year category in the second annual Futures & Options (FOW) Awards held in London. The JSE received the award for the Can Do Option Contracts which the JSE has developed.
The prestigious awards are organised by global derivatives magazine FOW to honour organisations that have made a great contribution to the derivatives market. The FOW Awards ceremony kicks off the International Derivatives Week held in London each year where the JSE is showcasing its products to the global derivative investment community.
“It’s an incredible achievement to be recognized by FOW and its independent panel of industry experts including traders,” said Allan Thomson, Director of Trading at the JSE. “The award is further proof that the JSE competes amongst the best global exchanges when it comes to developing innovative products and services.”
The JSE’s Can Do Option contracts competed against the best global new contracts in the New Contract of the Year category.
