JSC "RTS Stock Exchange" Order-Driven Market Committee Formed

At its April 22 nd , 2005, meeting the joint-stock company "RTS Stock Exchange" Board of Directors approved the Guidelines on joint-stock company "RTS Stock Exchange” order-driven market committee and formed the Committee.

Order-driven market committee now consists of the following representatives:

7. Mikhail S. Kazarin ( "ELTRA" investment company);
8. Nikolay A. Lebedev ( "Promstroybank");
9. Svetlana S. Ludinovskova ( "Fourth Dimension" investment company);
10. Yuri V. Matveev ( "Web-invest.ru");
11. Georgy M. Mirel ( "Troika Dialog" investment company);
