Delegated Acts concerning the regulation on short selling and certain aspects of
credit default swaps ((EU) No XX/2012)
On behalf of our members, the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (‘AFME’), the International Capital Markets Association (‘ICMA’), the International Securities Lending Association (‘ISLA’) and the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (‘ISDA’) appreciate the opportunity to contribute to the ESMA Consultation Paper on possible Delegated Acts concerning the regulation on short selling and certain aspects of credit default swaps ((EU) No XX/2012).
