The “Working Group on Corporate Disclosure” of the Financial System Council (chairman Hideki KANDA, Professor, Gakushuin University Law School) has discussed and deliberated on corporate disclosure eight times since December 2017.
Based on the results of the discussions, the Working Group has compiled and published the “Report - Realizing a Virtuous Cycle in the Capital Market”.
The “Report” (as attached hereto) is a provisional translation of the original Japanese report.
