Japan Financial Services Agency: Selection Of New Vice-Chair Of The International Financial Consumer Protection Organization (FinCoNet)

On November 23, 2023, YAMASHITA Yuji, Deputy Commissioner for International Affairs at Financial Services Agency, was appointed as the Vice-Chair of the International Financial Consumer Protection Organization (FinCoNet), an international organization of supervisory authorities which have responsibility for financial consumer protection. The term of the Vice-Chair is 3 years. This is the first time that staff of Financial Services Agency takes the Vice-Chair position of FinCoNet.
