Japan Financial Services Agency: Finalization Of The Revised Draft Of “Guidelines For Creating, Recordkeeping And Reporting Of Transaction Information Specified In Article 4(1) Of The Cabinet Office Order On The Regulation Of Over-The-Counter Derivatives Transactions, Etc.”

The Financial Services Agency (FSA) called for public comments on the draft version of the revised “Guidelines for Creating, Recordkeeping and Reporting of Transaction Information specified in Article 4(1) of the Cabinet Office Order on the Regulation of Over-the-Counter Derivatives Transactions, etc.” from September 1 through October 2.

 
As a result, FSA received 7 comments on the revised draft from 4 individuals/entities. We would like to thank all those who have submitted their comments for their cooperation.
 
Please see the summary of all comments received and the FSA's views which are published as per Attachment 1, and refer to Attachment 2 for specific details on the revision.
 
Please note that there are minor changes described in Attachments 2 which pertains to Article 39, Paragraph 4, Item 8 of the Administrative Procedure Act. Given the content specified by the Act is insignificantly changed, the public comment procedure prescribed in the same Act has not been conducted.
