Cash Equity Market
- In FY2021, daily average trading value for the TSE 1st Section reached JPY 3.1687 trillion.
- In the ETF market, trading value was JPY 66.9393 trillion (daily average: JPY 274.3 billion).
- In March 2022, the daily average trading value for the TSE 1st Section (domestic common stocks) was JPY 3.6977 trillion.
- The daily average trading value for the ETF market was JPY352.2 billion.
Derivatives Market
- In FY2021, total derivatives trading volume was 352,587,773 contracts.
- In FY2021, total derivatives trading value reached 2,985 JPY trillion.
- In FY2021, trading volume for the night session and the ratio of the night session were 133,968,342 contracts and 38.2%.
- In FY2021, trading volume for mini-TOPIX Futures TSE Mothers Index Futures, DJIA Futures, Nikkei 225 Weekly Options and Platinum Mini Futures recorded historical high. And trading volume for TSE Bank Index Futures was the second highest on record.
- In March 2022, total derivatives trading volume was 45,514,554 contracts.
- In March 2022, total derivatives trading value reached 386 JPY trillion.
- In March 2022, trading volume for the night session and the ratio of the night session were 19,355,083 contracts and 42.5%.
- In March 2022, trading volume for TSE Mothers Index Futures was 621,634 contracts and recorded historical high.
- In March 2022, trading volume for Gold mini Futures was 401,445 contracts, first time record over 400,000 contracts since September 2011.

In the figures for April 2022, the Preliminary Figures for Trading Conditions for Domestic Stocks will reflect trading in the new market segments starting April 4, 2022.
