Japan Exchange Group, Inc. (JPX) hereby announces that the following proposed changes of Representative Executive Officers and group senior management as a result of the decision made at the JPX’s nomination committee held today.
These proposed changes will be submitted for and subject to approval at the company’s annual general shareholders meeting and the subsequent board of directors meeting to be held on June 16, 2015.
