
Japan Exchange Group, Inc. will hold its annual ceremonies on the last trading day of 2025 and on the first trading day of 2026 as follows.
For this year's last trading day ceremonies, we plan to welcome Mr. Moriyasu Hajime, Head Coach of the Japan National Football Team, as our special guest at the Tokyo site. At the Osaka site, we will invite market users and other related parties from the Kansai business community to close out the year with us as well as listed companies based in Kansai that have conducted IPOs this year.
For the first trading day ceremony at the Osaka site, we will also present a short performance of "Sanbanso," a ritual dance from Bunraku, Japan's traditional puppet theater to celebrate the start of the year.
Please note that only authorized personnel are permitted to enter the ceremony venues in Tokyo and Osaka. We kindly ask for your understanding.
The ceremonies on the first and the last trading days of the year in both places will be streamed live (only available in Japanese) on the Japan Exchange Group Official YouTube Channel and archived after the ceremony.

Profile of Mr. Moriyasu Hajime

Born August 23, 1968; grew up in Nagasaki. Joined the Mazda Soccer Club (now Sanfrecce Hiroshima FC) in Hiroshima in 1987 after graduating from Nagasaki Nihon University High School. Contributed to Sanfrecce Hiroshima’s 1994 J.League Suntory Series title. Subsequently played for Kyoto Sanga F. C. (1998), Sanfrecce Hiroshima FC (1999–2001), and Vegalta Sendai (2002–2003) before retiring. Earned 35 caps for the Japan National Team and experienced the so called “Agony of Doha”, Japan’s missed chance to qualify for the 1994 World Cup, in 1993. Began coaching in 2004 as Sanfrecce Hiroshima’s youth development coach; in 2005, concurrently served as coach for the U-19 and U-20 Japan National Teams; was Sanfrecce Hiroshima’s top-team coach from 2007 to 2009; and served as Albirex Niigata’s coach from 2010 to 2011. Managed Sanfrecce Hiroshima from 2012 to 2017, winning the J1 League championship three times. In 2017, appointed head coach of the U-20 Japan National Team aiming for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics; in 2018, served as assistant coach at the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia; and later in 2018, became head coach of the Japan National Team. At the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar, guided Japan to victories over Germany and Spain and a place in the Round of 16. Currently in his second term, leading the team toward the FIFA World Cup 26 (Canada, Mexico, and U.S.).
