Mr. Der Megreditchian, Managing Director of Capital Markets, has been working at "Troika Dialog" investment company since June 2000. Before joining "Troika Dialog" he was in charge of capital markets and investment banking for Banque Societe Generale, where he was deputy General manager of Moscow office from 1996. Previously, from 1993 - 1996, he was one of the directors of the Framlington Russian Investment Fund, a Luxembourg-based open investment fund (SICAV), while holding the post of Chief representative of Credit Commerciale De France (CCF) in Moscow. Mr. Der Megreditchian began his career with CCF in Paris as an equity analyst in 1985, subsequently becoming an interest rate dealer, and advancing to the role of head of primary dealing and proprietary trading. Later he was transferred to Brussels, taking responsibility for CCF's dealing operations as its deputy general manger. Mr. Der Megreditchian has graduated from two Paris business schools: European Business Institute in 1984 and French Center for Financial Analysis (CFAF) in 1987.
The Board of Directors of the RTS Stock Exchange was elected at the AGM on September 21st, 2004. 17 members of the Board were elected from three categories:
- nine representatives of members of the exchange, chosen from the 15 largest brokerages in terms of trading volume;
- three regional representatives of members;
- five independent members.
