IWF Changes For Union Fenosa, S.A And Volkswagen AG In The S&P European Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices, effective after the close of trading on Monday 20 November 2006:

• Union Fenosa, S.A. (Spain, SEDOL: 4913223, GICS: Utilities, GICS Code: 55101010), a constituent of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, IWF will change to 0.4936 following an increase in the holding of ACS Actividades de Construccion y Servicios, S.A.
• Volkswagen AG (Germany, SEDOL: 5497102, GICS: Consumer Discretionary, GICS Code: 25102010), a constituent of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices, IWF will change to 0.5182 following an increase in the holding of Porsche AG.
