IWF Change for Volkswagen AG in the S&P Global 100

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices, effective after the close of trading on Wednesday 14 January 2009:

• Volkswagen AG (Germany, SEDOL: 5497102, GICS: Consumer Discretionary, GICS Code: 25102010), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, IWF will change to 0.2916, following the increase of Porsche Automobil Holding SE’s stake in the company.
