IWF Change For Repsol YPF S.A. In The S&P European Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, effective after the close of trading on Wednesday 03 January 2007:

• Repsol YPF S.A. (Spain, SEDOL: 5669354, GICS: Energy, GICS Code: 10102010), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, IWF will change to 0.7693 following the acquisition of 6.88% of the company’s shares by Sacyr Vallehermoso S.A.
