Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/MIB Index effective after the close of trading Friday, November 23, 2007:
- Prysmian SpA (Italy, ISIN: IT0004176001, GICS: Capital Goods), a member of the S&P/MIB Index, capped IWF will change to 0.592712 following a placing by Prysmian (LUX) II S.a.r.l, that now holds 31.778% of the share capital, and following the acquisition of a 9.9% stake by Taihan Global Luxembourg Investment Sarl.
Please note that Prysmian SpA IWF before capping is 0.5832.
