IWF Change For MAN AG In The S&P European Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro Indices, effective after the close of trading on Thursday 01 March 2007:

• MAN AG (Germany, SEDOL: 5563520, GICS: Industrials, GICS Code: 20106020), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro Indices, IWF - Investable Weight Factor will change from 0.8494 to 0.701. The only major shareholder Volkswagen AG increased its stake in MAN AG to 29.9%.
