IWF Change For Fastweb SpA In The S&P/MIB Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/MIB Index effective after the close of trading Friday, May 18, 2007:

• Fastweb SpA (Italy, ISIN: IT0001423562, GICS: Telecommunication Services), a member of the S&P/MIB Index, capped IWF will change to 0.1799204 following the successful tender offer by Swisscom (which now holds 82.4% of shares).

Please note that Fastweb SpA IWF before capping is 0.176.
