iUnits S&P+/TSE™ 60 Index Participation Fund To Trade On

The Index Participation Units ("i60s") of the iUnits S&P/TSE 60 Index Participation Fund will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Monday, October 4, 1999. 10,200,000 i60s will be issued and outstanding. Barclays Global Investors Canada Limited, the trustee of the Fund, is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Fund. The underlying assets of the Fund are the shares of the 60 Constituent Companies which make up the S&P/TSE 60 Index, held by the Fund in the same proportion as they are reflected in the S&P/TSE 60 Index.
