ITRS Group, leading provider of real-time estate monitoring and analytics software to global financial institutions, has announced a new solution for retail banks struggling to monitor the health of their core banking systems, which have become even larger and more complex following a recent wave of pandemic-induced digital transformation.
Created in partnership with Temenos integration specialist Banktech Software Services (Banktech), the Core Banking Monitoring solution will provide users of world-leading software provider Temenos with an aggregated view of the performance and health of their core banking systems.
With key, customisable information on all digital activities presented via a single dashboard, retail banks will be better able to proactively mitigate operational and financial risk, shorten issue detection and resolution time, and comply with operational resilience regulations.
The solution is powered by ITRS’ existing suite of world-leading monitoring and analytics software, including ITRS Geneos and Uptrends, which have been designed for the most complex IT environments.

The solution has already received positive feedback from banks in the validation phase. It is now available to all Temenos customers globally.
