Istanbul Stock Exchange Will Open The Trading Day On November 6, 2009 With “Ran Logistics”

Ran Lojistik Hizmetleri A.Ş., operating in the field of integrated logistic services, will start trading on the Istanbul Stock Exchange on November 6, 2009.

Ran Lojistik Hizmetleri A.Ş. offered 25.2 per cent of its capital to the public in the ISE Primary Market between October 25-28, 2009 and the shares of the company will start to be traded on the ISE Second National Market under the ticker symbol “RANLO”.

The executives of Ran Lojistik Hizmetleri A.Ş., will visit the ISE to celebrate the company’s first trading day and in honor of the occasion, Mr. Hüseyin ERKAN, ISE Chairman & CEO, and Mr. Ramiz BENLİ, Chairman of Board of Directors of Ran Lojistik Hizmetleri A.Ş., will deliver speeches, following which, Mr. Benli will ring the opening bell and start the stock trading session at 09:30. The opening ceremony will be open to the press.

Ran Lojistik Hizmetleri A.Ş. is the first public offering after the announcement of the Public Offering Campaign on October 19, 2009.
