Island Will Resume Trading In Concert With Nasdaq

The Island team's thoughts and prayers continue to go out to those friends and families who suffered losses in this tragedy. All Island employees are accounted for and safe.

Island will resume trading in concert with Nasdaq's currently planned trading resumption of Monday, September 17, 2001.

Please note, however, that a regulatory halt is currently in effect for both Nasdaq and Exchange-Listed securities. As a result, Island will be required to *delay* the regular opening time of 7:00 AM (EST) for these securities as follows:

Nasdaq Listed Securities:

For Nasdaq-listed securities, trade halt will be lifted effective 8:00 AM (EST).

Exchange-Listed Securities:

For Exchange-Listed securities traded OTC, the trade halt will be lifted effective 9:30 AM (EST).
