The International Securities Exchange (ISE) today announced that it was named the “Best Options Trading Venue at the Wall Street Letter 2016 Institutional Trading Awards. In 2015, ISE achieved 100 percent market availability for both of its exchanges. In addition, ISE received an award for “Best Exchange – Client Service,” the second time that ISE has been recognized in this category.
“We are very gratified to receive these two awards at this year’s Wall Street Letter Institutional Trading Awards,” said Boris Ilyevsky, Managing Director of ISE’s options exchanges. “To be recognized as the exchange with the industry’s best client service and as the top service provider for options trading is an honor, and I would like to thank and congratulate the ISE team who makes customer service and technology reliability our top priorities every day.”
ISE has previously won Wall Street Letter awards for “Best Overall Exchange” and “Most Innovative Exchange Technology – Options.” It also earned “Best Options Trading Venue” at the 2014 ceremony.
