Irish Stock Exchange Welcomes Companies To The Annual Equity Issuer Forum

The annual equity issuer update took place in the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE) this morning. Representatives from companies listed on our Main Securities Market (MSM) and Enterprise Securities Market (ESM) attended the event which included a range of internal and external speakers.

Opened by the ISE’s CEO, Deirdre Somers, the seminar also included insights from Dan Gallagher, Non-Executive Director of the ISE and former Commissioner to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on the role of capital markets and enterprise support in the US.

There are 53 companies currently listed on the MSM and ESM. Four new companies joined ISE markets during 2015 - Malin, Applegreen, Permanent TSB and Hostelworld raising collectively almost €1 billion in international capital. Venn Life Sciences also joined the ESM in January 2016.
