Trinity Biotech has listed a US$100m bond on the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE). The senior notes, due 2045, have a coupon rate of 4% and are listed on the Global Exchange Market (GEM).
Trinity Biotech specialises in the development, manufacture and marketing of diagnostic test kits. Headquartered in Bray, Ireland, the organisation employs in excess of 350 people worldwide. With facilities spanning Europe and America, Trinity Biotech markets its portfolio of over 400 products to customers in more than 75 countries around the world.
Other Irish companies to recently list debt on the ISE’s markets include Permanent TSB which raised €425m through two bond listings; Ryanair, which raised €850m through a bond listing on the Main Securities Market (MSM) and Smurfit Kappa, which listed a €250m bond on GEM.
