Irish Stock Exchange: Spanish Company Sacyr Lists Its First Bond From €300m ECP Programme

Sacyr, the global infrastructures and services’ company, headquartered in Madrid has issued its first bond from its €300m European commercial paper (ECP) programme listed on the Main Securities Market (MSM) of the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE).

The €3.15m debt instrument is its first debt issuance from its ECP programme. One of Spain’s leading construction companies, Sacyr is included in the Ibex 35 index and reported a net profit of €370m for 2015 earlier this year.

Other major Spanish construction companies with bond listings on the ISE include ACS, Acciona and OHL.

Other debt issuers from Spain on the ISE’s debt markets include Banco Santander, BBVA, Iberia, DIA, Caixabank, Enagas, Bankia, Grifols, Melia Hotels, Inmobiliaria Colonial and Banco Popular.
