Quadrifoglio S.p.A., the Italian environmental services and waste management company, has listed €50m senior unsecured amortising fixed rate notes on the Main Securities Market (MSM) of the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE). The notes have a yield of 2.70% and have a maturity date of 9 March 2024.
Italian issuers listing debt on the ISE
Quadrifoglio S.p.A., joins similar Italian corporates involved in the environmental services sector already listed on the ISE including renewable energy services provider Alperia SPA, waste management and integrated water cycle services company Veritas and Waste Italia, a leading Italian waste management solutions provider.

The ISE offers two markets for listing bonds, the Global Exchange Market (GEM) and the Main Securities Market (MSM), and currently has over 29,000 debt securities listed.
