Citibank N.A., New York, as Depositary Bank, has listed Peruvian S/927,600,000 Global Depositary Notes (GDN) on the Global Exchange Market (GEM) of the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE).
The notes, which are due in 2024 and have an interest rate of 7.000%, relate to an offering by Fondo MIVIVIENDA S.A., the Peruvian state-owned company involved in the promoting and financing of the acquisition, improvement and construction of homes in Peru.
Latin American Issuers listing on the ISE
The GDN of Fondo MIVIVIENDA S.A. joins a number of Latin American issuers listing debt on ISE markets including Sigma Alimentos, CLISA, Falabella, Santander Mexico and follow other GDN listings including Pemex and the Republic of Nigeria.
