Inaugural candidates are commencing the final semester of #IPOready, the Irish Stock Exchange’s (ISE) leadership programme for high-potential companies. The final term of #IPOready will see the company executives access the capital markets community, network with domestic and international investors and pitch their equity story in New York.
The organisations involved in the 15-month leadership course come from a range of sectors in Ireland including technology, security, food and printing.
The second semester focused on developing the company’s skills for communicating with investors, understanding the IPO process, the range of funding sources available and strengthening the equity story. Companies heard from a range of legal, accounting, PR and corporate finance firms and gained first-hand real-life experience from executives in ISE listed companies including Dalata, Ryanair, Hostelworld Group, ICG, Kerry Group, Applegreen, Malin Corporation, Glanbia and Venn Life Sciences. They rounded off the second term of #IPOready by pitching to a panel of investor experts from Irish and international institutions and venture capital firms.
Led by the ISE, and supported by Enterprise Ireland, the aim of #IPOready is to enhance the knowledge and skills of CEOs and CFOs in raising capital, investor relations and business management.

The #IPOready programme is giving participating companies:

- Access to a network of top advisors, investors, entrepreneurs and academics with experience in growing companies to significant scale
- Support in achieving plans for future international growth.
