ADCOP, the 100% subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) Group, lists for the first time on the Global Exchange Market (GEM) of the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE).

The $3bn bond issuance is one of the largest non-sovereign bond offerings in the history of the Middle East.
The listing comprises of two bonds - the first bond of $837m has a 3.65% interest rate and a maturity date of November 2029. The second bond of $2.2bn has a 4.6% interest rate and a maturity date of November 2047.
