Irish Stock Exchange Adds New Company Announcements Facility To Its Website

The Irish Stock Exchange (ISE) has added a new Company Announcement Service to its website www.ise.ie. Visitors to the site will have access to the latest company announcements which include details of new share issues, results announcements (interim and final), acquisition/merger activity, the conclusion of significant contracts, changes to company boards, and directors' dealings, and other significant developments.

The ISE website contains a comprehensive store of information about the Exchange, its products, markets and its members as well as electronic versions of its publications. It is visited by a very diverse range of users with domain addresses from all over the globe. At present the site is attracting over 1.3 million hits per month.
