Irina Ikonnikova Appointed Chairman Of The RTS Settlement Committee

The President of the joint-stock company “Investment company "Troika-Dialog” Irina Valeriena Ikonnikova was appointed Chairman of the RTS Settlement Committee for the fourth time. This decision was made by the RTS Settlement Committee at its January 20 th , 2005, meeting, and approved by the March 2 nd proxy meeting of the RTS Stock Exchange Board of Directors.

The RTS Stock Exchange Settlement Committee currently consists of 11 people – representatives of the RTS member companies. The Committee is elected by the Board of Directors of the Exchange and is responsible for the following issues: developing settlement rules for the exchange and OTC trades, improving registration of transactions and creating documents governing Partnership's settlement rules.
