A memorandum of understanding was signed between Iran and Turkey capital markets’ regulators, as well as Tehran Stock Exchange and Borsa Istanbul on Monday 29 February 2016, next to Iran-Turkey Capital Markets Forum in Tehran.
The signatories agreed to help set up collective investment scheme for some nominated products.
Also, the document invites both markets’ authorities to provide proper grounds for close cooperation between the countries’ clearing and settlement houses.
The MoU will likewise offer the possibility of signing a separate data dissemination agreement between both markets.
