Iowa Grain Company Participates In Winnipeg Commodity Exchange Trading Incentive Program

Winnipeg Commodity Exchange Inc. ("WCE") is pleased to announce that Iowa Grain Company has registered as a Liquidity Provider Participant on WCE. Iowa Grain Company is also registered as a Futures Commission Merchant on the Exchange.

Iowa Grain Company joins existing Liquidity Providers on WCE; Kottke Associates, LLC and Tradelink LLC, as well as several Locals, in providing essential short term liquidity to WCE markets. As part of the Exchange's trading incentive program, exchange fees and clearing fees are waived for Participants registered as Liquidity Providers. This program is in effect until August 31, 2006. Proprietary transactions executed by these firms and individuals currently represent approximately 20% of WCE's total volume.

WCE became North America's first commodity exchange to fully convert to an electronic trading platform when it launched its futures and options contracts for trading on an electronic platform commencing Monday, December 20, 2004.

Winnipeg Commodity Exchange Inc., established in 1887, has been facilitating futures contract trading since 1904. WCE is Canada's only agricultural futures and options exchange and offers futures and options contracts on canola, domestic feed wheat and western barley.
