In November 2022, total equities turnover value on the GPW Main Market was PLN 24.5 billion, representing a 19.5% decrease year on year, while Electronic Order Book turnover value decreased by 19.0% year on year to PLN 24.1 billion. Average daily Electronic Order Book equities turnover value stood at PLN 1,205.0 million, a 19.0% decrease year on year. On the last trading day of November 2022, the WIG index closed at 56,058.18 points, representing a 17.3% decrease year on year.
Total November 2022 NewConnect equities turnover value decreased by 53.7% year on year to PLN 147.7 million, while Electronic Order Book equities turnover decreased by 54.4% year on year and stood at PLN 141.4 million.
Total November 2022 derivatives turnover volume was 1,279,000 contracts, representing a 29.9% increase year on year. Index futures turnover volume increased by 70.2% year on year to 836,700 contracts. Single-stock futures turnover volume decreased by 21.2% year on year to 163,400 contracts. Currency futures turnover volume decreased by 0.8% year on year to 253,800 contracts.
In November 2022, structured products turnover value decreased by 14.5% year on year to PLN 216.2 million. ETF turnover value increased by 66.0% year on year to PLN 125.8 million.
At the end of November 2022, Catalyst listed non-Treasury bond value was PLN 93.5 billion, compared to PLN 95.6 billion at the end of November 2021. In November 2022, turnover value of bonds on Catalyst’s Electronic Order Book increased by 56.7% year on year to PLN 405.2 million.
In November 2022, total TBSP bond turnover value was PLN 17.9 billion, compared to PLN 42.1 billion in November 2021, representing a 57.4% decrease year on year.
Total November 2022 electricity turnover volume was 7.8 TWh, representing a 60.8% decrease year on year, where spot transaction turnover volume decreased by 1.0% year on year to 2.7 TWh and forward transaction turnover volume decreased by 70.4% year on year to 5.1 TWh.
Total November 2022 natural gas turnover volume was 15.5 TWh, representing a 42.0% increase year on year, where spot transaction turnover volume increased by 62.1% year on year to 3.6 TWh and forward transaction turnover volume increased by 36.9% year on year to 11.9 TWh.
Turnover volume of November 2022 spot transactions in property rights to certificates of origin, excluding rights to certificates of energy efficiency (“white certificates”),2 was 1.8 TWh, representing a 27.8% decrease year on year.
In November 2022, turnover volume of property rights to certificates of origin of energy efficiency (“white certificates”) decreased by 23.3% year on year to 7.8 ktoe3.
November 2022 turnover volume in Guarantees of Origin of electricity generated from renewable energy sources increased by 20.0% year on year to 2.8 TWh.
At the end of November 2022, the market capitalisation of 371 domestic companies listed on the Main Market was PLN 565.4 billion (EUR 121.1 billion), while the total market capitalisation of 416 domestic and foreign companies listed on the Main Market was PLN 1,114.5 billion (EUR 238.7 billion).
Shares of the company TENDERHUT (transfer from NewConnect) were newly listed on the Main Market in November 2022.
Shares of the company KUBORA S.A. (offering value: PLN 2.5 million) were newly listed on NewConnect in November 2022.
