InvestCloud, the global cloud-based digital applet platform for financial services, today announced the appointment of Andrew Reid Thomas as Executive Vice President, Head of Sales for Europe. In this role, Andrew will oversee the launch of InvestCloud’s European expansion and take responsibility for a growing team of business development professionals and specialists to serve InvestCloud’s European customer base. Andrew has been brought in to support the demand for the digital applet platform, which is used by 660 advisory and institutional clients, supporting over $USD 1.5 trillion of assets.
Andrew brings over 15 years of software and sales experience to InvestCloud, joining from the Senior Sales team at Charles River Development, working with buy-side customers across EMEA ranging from newly established hedge funds to Sovereign Wealth and traditional institutional asset managers. Prior to his role at Charles River Development, Andrew worked in a sales role at RiskMetrics, specialising in wide market risk management tools working with banks, hedge funds, asset managers and prime brokers.
In his new position, Andrew will lead the sales effort for expanding InvestCloud’s innovative approach to digital client communication, client management, and client automation solutions. Andrew’s focus will be providing InvestCloud’s uniquely designed financial applet platform and different design approach to Wealth Management, Private Banking, Family Office, Asset Services, and innovative platform providers in Europe. Andrew will be located in the London office, which is currently in the process of expanding its local team. The aim is to grow to over 20 members by the end of 2016, including the design, delivery, professional services, and R&D teams.
