Investable Weight Factor For Banca Antonveneta In The S&P/MIB Index

Following the most recent acquisition of Banca Antonveneta’s ordinary shares (Italy, ISIN IT0003270102, a member of the S&P/MIB index) by Banca Popolare di Lodi SCRL, which has increased its holding to 22.951% of the total shares outstanding, the total net change in the IWF (Investable Weight Factor) for Banca Antonveneta is now less than 5% and therefore Standard & Poor’s will not make the change announced on 15th April, due to be effective at the close of trading of Wednesday, April 20 2005. The IWF (Investable Weight Factor) for Banca Antonveneta will remain the same 0.615.
