Investable Weight Factor Changes For Mediobanca SPA, RCS Mediagroup SPA And Enel SPA In The S&P/MIB Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/MIB Index effective after the close of trading Friday, July 08, 2005:
  • Mediobanca SPA (Italy, ISIN: IT0000062957, GICS: Financials), a member of the S&P/MIB index, Investable Weight Factor will change from 0.354 to 0.414. This is following the change in holdings by the existing shareholders. Unicredito Italiano, Capitalia and Consortium now hold 7.688, 8.403 and 8.276 percent respectively.
  • RCS MediaGroup SPA (Italy, ISIN: IT0003039010, GICS: Consumer Discretionary), a member of the S&P/MIB index, Investable Weight Factor will change from 0.227 to 0.171. This is following the change in holdings by the existing shareholders. Magiste International, Efiparind BV, Mediobanca and Premafin Finanziaria SPA now hold 20.10, 7.253, 14.209 and 5.148 percent respectively.
  • Enel SPA (Italy, ISIN: IT0003128367, GICS: Utilities), a member of the S&P/MIB index, Investable Weight Factor will change from 0.582 to 0.679. This is following the sale of ordinary shares by Ministry of Economy and Finance, which has reduced its holding in Enel’s ordinary shares.
