Investable Weight Factor And Share Change For Capitalia SPA In The S&P/MIB Index

Subject to the filing of the deed of merger with the Companies Register, Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/MIB Index effective after the close of trading Friday, December 30, 2005:
  • Capitalia SPA (Italy, ISIN: IT0003121495, GICS: Financials), a member of the S&P/MIB Index, shares will increase to 2,586,176,835 and IWF will change from 0.564 to 0.625. These changes are the result of the company’s merger with Fineco SpA and other operations aimed at structural reorganization of the group.
Company additions to and deletions from an S&P equity index do not in any way reflect an opinion on the investment merits of the company.
