Artwork Systems is the third company to make the move to Euronext Brussels since Nasdaq Europe announced its decision on 26 June 2003, to discontinue its activities.
Founded in 1992, Artwork Systems develops and distributes professional pre-press software solutions for the graphic arts industry to service the needs of the label, packaging, publication and commercial color printing markets.
Artwork Systems now has offices in Belgium, France, Germany, the United States and Australia with international support structures in Brazil and Singapore. Partner organisations in more than 40 countries are responsible for the additional worldwide distribution of the various products. The most important markets are Western Europe, the US and Japan.
At the end of the first trading day, the price closed at EUR 4.50, bringing the market capitalisation of Artwork Systems at EUR 76,718,925. On the electronic orderbook, a total of 1050 shares were traded.
