Internet Entrepreneur Andrew 'Flip' Filipowski To Serve On CBOT Board Of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Chicago Board of Trade have elected Andrew "Flip" Filipowski to
serve a four-year term as a Public Director on the Board. Filipowski currently is Chairman and CEO of divine interVentures, inc., a Chicago-based Internet operating company engaged in business-to-business e-commerce through a community of partner companies.
Filipowski¹s business, civic and personal accomplishments are diverse. He has received numerous awards and serves on the board of several businesses, civic and community organizations
and foundations.
