International Securities Exchange Announces New Time For July 28, 2005 Conference Call

The International Securities Exchange (NYSE:ISE) said today that it has changed the time of its second quarter earnings release conference call to 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) on Thursday, July 28, 2005 from 11:00 a.m. as previously announced. The Company will still issue its earnings release for the second quarter before the financial markets open that day. An investor presentation that will be referenced during the call will also be posted to the web site.
