The dividend will be paid on 24 January 2006 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 16 November 2005.
The divided follows payment of £7.00 per share in July this year in respect of the financial year which ran to the end of March and an earlier interim divided of £2.50 paid in January 2005.
