IntercontinentalExchange: Weather Event In New York - August 28, 2011

A significant weather event is currently forecast for the New York region over the upcoming weekend and culminating late in the day on Sunday, August 28. At this point the Exchange intends to operate floor trading of all ICE Futures U.S. products per the regular floor open and close times for each product for trade date Monday, August 29. 

In the unlikely event that conditions in New York require any delay to floor market openings, the Exchange will announce such a delay via the website, the Emergency Announcement Line (which is 1-877 877-8890), and via an Exchange Notice.

Please note that the website and the Emergency Hotline number will only be updated if the Exchange determines that some delay in floor opening times is necessary.

The storm is not expected to affect electronic trading hours for any ICE Futures U.S. products. 

As previously announced, the electronic opening time for Sugar No. 11, Coffee ¿C¿ and Cocoa futures and options contracts is delayed to 7:30 am NY time on Monday, August 29, 2011 due to a UK banking holiday that day.(https://www.theice.com/publicdocs/futures_us/exchange_notices/ExNot081211SoftsOpen.pdf)

All other markets will observe regular electronic opening times.
