Intercontinental Exchange Declares Quarterly Dividend Of $0.65 Per Share

Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), the leading global network of exchanges and clearing houses, announced today a $0.65 per share dividend for the third quarter of 2014. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2014 to shareholders of record as of September 16, 2014. The ex-dividend date will be September 12, 2014.
